Local scouts, High School Marching Band participate in the annual Memorial Day Parade, led by George Puckett Post #264 American Legion.  Assemble in front of the Mancelona Post Office beginning 8:30 a.m. Parade begins at 9:00 a.m. Stops at the Township Library for a service and salute. Proceeds to Fairview Cemetery (new side) for a service and salute, then concludes at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery on West Limits Road, for a service and salute.

Following, the American Legion re-assembles at Star Township Cemetery in Alba (next to the Fire Hall) for a brief service.
